We want you to be fully satisfied with your Universal Works purchase; if an item isn't right, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
